Thomas's brother John (1803) and sister Elizabeth (1809) were both baptised on the 5 Nov 1809 at St Giles Newcastle under Lyme Staffordshire England. Thomas's Death Notice suggests he was born in ca 1809. However, Thomas was younger than Elizabeth on all Settler returns so was probably born later than 1809.
