Tristam Bolling' III was born in 1530 at Chellow in Yorkshire, England and died there in 1561. He was the son of Edward Bolling and wife Magdaline Greene. He married Anne Rookes at Chellow about 1555.

Per the Will of Tristam Bolling, he lists 6 children in his will,
