Victor Gabriel Ehrenberg (August 22, 1851, in Wolfenbüttel - March 10, 1929, in Göttingen) was a German jurist.

He is the uncle of historian Victor Ehrenberg,

Geoffrey & Lewis Elton's great uncle and

great-great uncle to Ben Elton.

He gave lectures at Universities of Göttingen (1877-), Rostock (1882), again Göttingen (1888), Leipzig (1911–1922).

He married Helene Ehrenberg (née von Jhering; 1852-1920[1]), daughter of the legal historian Rudolf von Jhering (1828–1892).

Their daughter Hedwig Martha Ehrenberg (1891–1972) married Max Born.

Victor Ehrenberg was a Professor of insurance law at the University of Leipzig.
