About Wheeler Kitchen

Wheeler Kitchen was the second eldest son of Henry Kitchen.

Wheeler Kitchen ( 1724-1785 ) New Jersey DAR Ancestor A201538 Wheeler Kitchen had a farm in Greenwich Township, Sussex County, New Jersey, land which originally belonged to his father Henry Kitchen. Wheeler married Mary Heath, a daughter of Andrew Heath, Jr., whose brother John’s family also pioneered in the Long Point Settlement at the end of the eighteenth century. Wheeler's brothers Henry and Joseph Kitchen also shared in their father Henry’s land. Two more brothers, Samuel and Richard, lived at Amwell.

Wheeler had several children who moved to Canada: Henry of Ancaster, Andrew of Ancaster, Richard of Townsend, and John of Kent County.

In late 1785, Wheeler Kitchen died in Greenwich.
