His will, 7 Aug. 1688 - 30 Aug. 1693, ment. his w. Mary (List 290), his dau. Hannah, youngest s. Samuel, eldest s. John to whom he dev. the homestead, and two youngest daus. Martha and Lydia.

1. Mary, m. William Rackliff , d. bef. 1688.
2. Hannah, b. ± 1667, m. 29 Nov. 1688 Stephen Tobey.
3. Samuel, sailor, wrote a will 9 Sept. 1698 ‘bound to sea’ and sent it to his sis. Hannah, ment. his mo., br. John, cous. (nephew) Wm. Rackliff and (br.-in-law) Wm. Grant. It was not prov. until 12 Feb. 1713-4. Acc. by Sarah Lary in 1699. Appar. d.s.p.
4. Martha, m. 26 Dec. 1695 William Grant (17).
