The city of Archa in Tatarstan might be named after one of the kings of Arabia called Arethas , that is Aretsha ,most likely from the Arsak family, wherefor the city's alternative name is still Arsk .
The first Aret(h)as ruling around 168 b.c. therefor may be identical with Arsak Artaban ,ancestor of Artaban-Arsakan peoples ,ruling between about 176 and 123 ,whose name in Udmurt language may mean Smart Face ,and in Alanian something like Midday .
He was followed by another Arethas between 103 and 96 ,who may be identical with Cha or Chard ( Cha-Ard ) of Ingush historical memory . He is said to have founded the village of Aerzi ,what could have much likelier been an Erzya kingdom centered around Tengushevo and Shir-Ingushi and others as towns of likely Ingush foundation . Archa thus might be named after either of them .
The second Arethas is titled Hérotymos ,that may mean Héro-Tym or Hayawaro-Tium ,that is the hero of Tym / Tium either at river As or on the place of Tyumeny .
His father in Weinakh is called K'ist ,that may be a phonetic version of Khrist ,and may refer in this case to Hyrkan Iohann king of Iudaia between 135-104 ,a real son of Artaban fostered by Simon Thassi of Khasamonaios family . Arethas ( Ared-Cha ) ,king of Arabia ,in this case must have been one of the five sons of Hyrkan beside Antigon, Aristobul,Alexander Iannai and Absolon .
Archi nation at Hyrkanian Sea may also descend from him and from his followers .
This may be the reason also the later Iohann - of Giskhala ,founder of Kazar movement - ,the son of Olympia daughter of Héródés by a woman from Hyrkan's family ,was also titled Khristos beside bearing
the names Iohannes / Hyrkanos inherited from at least two of his maternal ancestors .
Hyrkan himself was called either Ayar Auka or Balam K'iche wherefor his issue is still called not only K'ist in some places but also Auki and Ichkeri ,because K(r)iche likely goes back to Keri-Iche meaning a rhinoceros in Arawak dialects,that could sound Ashk-Enazer in Berberian and refers to the totemic and ethnical belonging of Artaban's dynasty .
Arabian tradition calls Hyrkan Yaq-Qazah because he is the ancestor of Yaqa and Qazah nobility too , and partly of Yu(r)ka-Ghir one .
