Nechamia Nachman Breb Avrohom Abba Kachka

Would the name above be understood as Nechamia Nachman, son of, Avrohom father
Kachka?

Or, is it possible the family name is Abba Kachka?

Thanks,

Thanks Hatte. My Grandmother told me this when she was in her early 90s. I often wish I would have asked her more.
