After my dads death in 1970 I had no idea what his heritage was until I started looking....WOW was I surprised! It doesn't show it on this profile but Sir Thomas deHungerford of Heytesbury is Walter deHungerford of Heytesburys' father...that makes 27th Great-Grandfather! My dad would be amazed as I am, and I am so happy to be hearing from family from all over the world...United Kingdom, here in the USA, South Africa, Australia just to name a few. Thanks to all who contributed to my Family Tree to make this possible, without their help, I would still be lost! and a big thank you to GENI for this site....

Just a footnote: when I clicked on Sir Thomas deHungerford of Heytesbury another name came up Sir Anthony deHungerford of Down Ampney Gloucestershire showing Immediate family of Thomas deHungerford of Heytesbury.....may be worth looking into....for someone more savy than myself....GOOD LUCK!!!
