Someone in my tree asks to be deleted.
Their profile says I added the person to my tree.
They have no descendants.
Normally In the tree view I would have a [x] in the upper right corner of the node. Clicking that would delete them
Unfortunately this person does NOT have [x] in the upper right corner of the node.
SO HOW DO I REMOVE THEM?
