R' Moshe HaLevi Heller (Segal) - Brother or father of Nissel Schick, wife of Rabbi Samuel Schick?

Rosenstein, third edition of The Unbroken Chain, citing Solomon Zvi Schick's book Mi Moshe Ad Moshe, says that Moshe HaLevi Heller was the BROTHER of Nissel Schick, not the father. I'm not sure the dates work however. Do any of the managers or others have additional sources for this family?

Moshe's birthdate has to be wrong with 2 children born before 1643
