I do not have a paid Ancestry account, do have access to AncestryLibrary, so edited the link to the corresponding one for AncestryLibrary -- and found out that Tree is now Private.

Ah -you did not mention that, and it seems I assumed incorrectly.
Without a paid Ancestry Account, I know of no way to identify or contact an owner of a Tree on Ancestry.

Her Death is currently listed as 1921 - in Boston, MA

If one pages forward a bit in that Index, one also discovers one Dora Finn who died 1921 to 1925 - again, it was in 1921 in Boston

with children Bessie 18, Lewis 24, Hymen 14, Simon 11 -- children are all listed as self and parents born Russia Po, and as immigrated 1895

It seems at least possible the children listed correspond to children currently listed for this Dora

"Ellis" and Rebecca Leshefsky and their children also at same address (and page) on that 1900 Census.

That 1900 Census said she had given birth to 4 children, 4 currently alive

But on Geni, 9 children are listed for this Dora, all of whom were alive or likely alive at that time -- those 4 plus
