What are the primary sources for this profile that gives a descent line from Francis I of France?

I have been unable to find any reliable information on this Nicolas d'Estouteville as the illegitimate son of Francois 1..The profile on Geni gives his mother as de la Rieux, born 1483..As Nicolas was (supposedly) born in 1545, that would've made her 62, when he was born!
