Johan Wilhelm Albert Lind has been shown not to have been the father of Carl Henrik Lind and Henrik Casimir Lind. Malvina was forced by a lawsuit against the legitimacy of Carl and Henrik as inheritors of the estate of Johan Andersson Lind, Malvina’s father-in-law, to declare that Johan Lind was not the natural or adoptive father of her two sons.

Henrik Casimir Lind and Carl Henrik Lind were NOT the natural sons of Otto Bodstrom. I am the great-granddaughter of Carl Henrik Lind, and have collected a lot of information about him His family believed that his birth father was Carl XV of Sweden, and this appears to be true. I have a letter, newly recovered from among my aunt's papers after he death, which avers that Carl XV was Carl Henrik's birth father and a Hovadjutant ____ Cederschiold was the birth father of Henrik Casimir Lind. This was proven by a Y-DNA test taken by a direct-line descendent of Henrik Casimir Lind, named Alexander Lind. It showed that he is most closely related to a member of the Cronstadt family, who also have the Cedershiold family in his ancestry.
