I've done my geneology, ddiscorvered I'm a decendant of Elizabeth (Moytoy) Williams and her parents, but have been informed they were a myth, never existed, I've searched and searched to find infomation and came up with 50% they did exist and 50% they didn't exist. Can anyone help shed some light on my delimma? Please..

Hi Buddy- Sadly, Ive had the same experience. We have a DNA evidence to Thomas Williams, son of Timothy and Elizabeth. However, no evidence thus far who Elizabeth really is.

It’s not 50%. It’s 100% true that we know of only one child of Moytoy of Tellico (Amouskositte Moytoy, Uku of Great Tellico). And we don’t know his wife / wives name.

Quite possibly he had other surviving children, but we’ll never know. There’s no history and no DNA to test.

Pigeon of Tellico is a title, an office of the town.

We don’t know the name of the Moytoy’s wife or wives. The name you have is from the Internet, not history.
