Hello, I am looking for information on my 4x Great Grandparents. Robert McCausland 1796-1869, and Mary Jackson 1805-1845, married 1825. That is all I can come up with. Everybody's Family Tree seems stop at them. I know they have a son Joseph McCausland. I don't know where Robert came from, or whether he was adopted or changed his name. I feel Mary was from England. I'm thinking that maybe Robert was in the war and he met Mary. I really need somebody's help on this. I keep hitting brick walls for like 4 years. I hope that someone out there can give me even a little bit of information. Please.
