Does anyone know what program is now needed on Geni in order for me to print a Family Tree Chart. It says that Adobe is no longer available, and I need to download Flash Player. But there is no option to download this Flash Player. Is there anyone who can assist me on how to get this Flash Player on my Geni, so I can print the Family Tree Chart.

Thank you

You have to change to HTML tree: at the top click on "Tree", "Switch to HTML Tree" (Adobe Flash Player is no longer available and supported; not just by Geni but on the whole internet). This makes the tree visible on your screen. It works slightly different but you should get used to it pretty quickly.
You wrote "Print"; did you mean a copy on paper or as a pdf? If so can you specify what you are looking for.

I want to print it on A4 size paper, then cut sections out to paste on a 4 x A0 paper and paste the family members as per a fan chart or profile chart, so when you open the entire chart, you can see all the people straight away, and how they are connected.

I ammaking a Family Tree Scrapbook, so want to put this entire chart folder up into my book.

I have switched to the HTML Tree, but it does not show any tree. It is just a blank space, showing nothing.

Seems to be working now.

Those charts are no longer available.

Then what kind of optinon I have?
Print from HTML wiev?

Yes, the Print button in the HTML Tree view is the only option available for tree printing inside Geni.
