I suspect the following:

1. Shepen Heemraad is a ''Ships board, or a board member of a company, that dealt with ships''
2. Korenmolenaar is a ''Flour Miller''
3. Schout is a ''Rear Admiral''
5. Van Spijk is probably a place he was from

I also do not think we should have dates in the name field? Your opinion? Thnx in advance!

Actually - From ''Spijk'' - could maybe rather be the place where he worked and where his job titles were connected to?

Spijk is a town in the Dutch province of Groningen. It is a part of the municipality of Eemsdelta, and lies about 26 kilometres (16 mi) northeast of Groningen.
Municipality: Eemsdelta
Country: Netherlands

Sorry typo: possible - not possib;e

Look
Schout en Schepenen

The management / manager of the "Town Council "

Some are professions here and some are titles .
Dates shold never be part of name unless while profile is still under construction to help with creating or distinguishing profile

Often a
Schout en Schepenen
an employee of the Holy Roman Empire or whomever owner the town or city at the time.

Schout en Schepenen van Spijk

A title as manager / mayor of the town Spijk.

One title "Schout en Schepenen "

Also very unlikely that an ordinary commoner could even become a Schout en Schepenen of any town.
These were professions or titles of the kleinadel / ritterklas or sons of the Aristocracy .
Owner of a Mill would have been a very wealthy man and influential man
Dirk Jansz Vermeulen owned two mills .

Thnx dear Phillip. Much needed knowledge! Appreciate!

Typo: Phillipp - sorry!
