I believe this Jesse Franklin Keaton is mistakenly assigned within the tree.

A Jesse Keaton was born c. 1830 in Georgia and was the son of a Cader Keaton, who was born in 1797 in Georgia and was living with several children in Carroll County, Georgia in 1850. He appears to have been widowed by then.

We know from Mary Strickland's records that the Kader Keaton she married died in 1834. So this Jesse can't be the son of that couple if his father was alive in 1850.

It also appears that the 1797 Cader's wife was a Mary J. Williams, not Mary Strickland. They married 6 December 1818 in Morgan County, Georgia.

I'm going to cut this relationship, but hopefully we can find the right place to put Jesse. Any help is appreciated.

I should add that a ton of Internet trees assign this Jesse to Kader Keaton and Mary Strickland, but I can't find any that cite that relationship. I suspect they're all relying on each other and overlooking the available records. But if anyone can prove otherwise, please share and I'll add it back.
