Wikipedia has them misnumbered. They went back beyond the Chatillons and are counting Guy "Candavène" (fl. 1070s) as "Guy I".
MedLands has this one as Guy III because renumbering started with the Chatillons marrying control of the County (Gaucher de Chatillon m. Elisabeth de St Pol, 1196). https://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/NORTHERN%20FRANCE.htm#GuyIIIChatil...
And lest we get into more tangles, the names "Mahaut" and "Mathilde" are just variant forms (like English "Matilda" and "Maude").
