1) Am I correct these are the same Picture?
2) What is it a picture of?
3) Why is it relevant to these Profiles?

It's the Coat of Arms of Lithuania. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coat_of_arms_of_Lithuania Not sure why it was chosen to represent these individuals.
