Janet Hay - Family fixes

Hey Erica,
There is a lot of confusion around Janet Hay, her parents and spouse as I've found myself while trying to research.

I've also been using the Family Tree app/website which turned out to be just as confusing. It originally said in the app that her spouse was William Thompson, but here it says Robert Thompson, so I was wondering if you could clear that up for me as they had the same birthdate and almost the same information but different names.

Secondly, Janet Hay's parents. I and I'm sure many others might have been confused by this. In the family tree app it originally said that her name was Lady Janet Balgnie Hay with her father being John Hay and her mother Elizabeth Stuart. It also seems in this app that someone put Elizabeth of Bohemia instead, which is clearly incorrect.

Her offspring was William Thompson III and he married Mary Fordyce to my understanding as it is the same in both Geni and Family Tree.
Is her name indeed just Janet Hay and was she married to William Thompson or Robert Thompson, or are they the same person?
Was her father John Hay and her mother Elizabeth Stuart (not of Bohemia, as someone put) or is this information incorrect?

There is very limited records and information and some conflicting information which is why I believe this has led to some major confusion.

There is no "fraud" here. What possible reason would prompt a nefarious person to perpetrate fraud? The lineage of Janet Hay is incorrect. There is a glaring problem in Erica's tree which is confusing fellow researchers. This is an attempt to shed light and have the problem corrected.

In August 2007, Gregory Lee Rice added the following, which looks like they all had many children in the old days. Which part is wrong and how do I fix it, if anyone knows? It shows: Robert William Thompson, Jr. is your 9th great grandfather and reflects "Husband of Janet Hay".
