I am searching my great-grandfather on my dads side of the family. have been told he is one of 18 children. three sets of twins and one set of triplets. His mother died after the birth of the last set of twins.

It looks like Homer is the son of Nathan and Amanda? No indication of any twins/triplets at all in an initial browse of web results

Needs more research to prove/disporve the 18 kids and multiple multiples aspects of the legend. Also to confirm Nathan is your gg-gf
