His name is Avi Ezri אבי עזרי not Avi Ezra or אבי עזרא
Like his uncle's name - Another Avi Ezri Zelig, who resided and was Rebbe in Strii.
Our Zelig the one here in the discussion resided in Kuznitz.
His father, Yaakov Yitzchok (or Yitzchok Yaakov, according to a descendant's Matzeiva) resided and leaded the community in Blendow, near Mogalnitza, where HIS father Chaim Meir Yechiel Shapiro was rebbe.
But our Zelig, although born and raised in Blendow was described in the Sefer Hachasidut by Alfasi as Zelig of Kuznitz.
and in the abovementioned ivelt discussion he is described so as well.
In all the family trees of זי"ע Reb Eluzer mBelz' children there is an unnamed daughter, who is married to our Zelig, and listed as:
אבי עזרא זעליג מבלענדאוו in Yiddish
or in Hebrew אבי עזרא זליג מבלנדוב
The two mistakes: Ezra and Blendow instead of Ezri and Kuznitz, are obviously copied again and again from one source.
Whether our Zelig is the son of CMY of Mogalnitza or the grandson of his, their family name was Shapiro (or Shapira) שפירא.
