Desmond Rodgers - This is a duplicate

Both of these are claimed users. In theory, Desmond had a Geni account with one email address, and then another profile was created for Desmond and he was invited to that profile with a different email address.

If I update both of the emails, will it merge?

That depends. Let's say Version A has an older email and Version B has a newer and current email. If you update A to match B it should merge once Desmond confirms the new email.
