John Kincaid, has two sets of parents

Hello, my Great grandfather James Kincaid has two sets of parents. I have contacted the profile manager who added my James to his tree, but he has neglected to take action and I am unable to edit myself. can you fix?

my guy:
James Kincaid

his correct parents are:
John Kincaid
Jean Duncan Kincaid

to be removed:
John Kincaid
Elizabeth Dainzeill Kincaid
