From my research there is NO Jordan Gibson Sr., with a wife Hannah. I have never found any source or document, just mentioned in some very old research that keeps getting copied and pasted.
From my previous posts it appears Gideon Gibson SR., father of Gideon Gibson b. 1695 and Jordan born about 1708 was the first Gibson from Virginia to South Carolina.
Jordan born 1708 estate name only son heir 'ROGER GIBSON"
Tobias Gibson was son of Jordan, the brother of GIBEON GIBSON and Hanna GIBSON SAUNDERS MURPHY born about 1715-1720. Tobias' mother was Mary Middleton, wife of Jordan born about 1715-1720
