John Moses, of Windsor did not marry Sarah Elizabeth Moses née Grant.

John and Mary had nine primary-sourced children. Each are also included in two or more secondary sources.

The following "children" have neither a primary source nor two or more respected secondary sources proving them as children of John and Mary:—
Dorcas
Nathaniel
Lois Ann
Mary Isabella – The couple had one known daughter named Mary (sans middle name).

If I'm wrong about any of these persons, supplying them to Overview would be useful.

Do the extra children belong to John Moses, of Portsmouth

Aren’t there extra siblings also?

I researched 'much and added substantive written and sourced matter to the Overview before my eyes became blurry last night. As far as siblings of John Moses of Windsor, that's my next deep-dive research project later today—unless someone beats me to it. I don't know if NEGHS subscription-side has useful information. I'll eventually pay for a NEGHS / AmericanAncestors subscription when I have first created a substantial list of persons and topics.

I'm betting the Dorcas, Nathaniel, Lois Ann and Mary Isabell existed (minus a middle name of Isabell), but they were probably children of another John Moses or came to the Geni through GEDCOM errata. It also came from persons blindly trusting William Cutter's unsourced writing about the early Moses line.

Erica, my answer to your question is no. The names probably cam from slapdash ancestral-trees created with faith in Cutter and other unsourced writings that's become internet mythology.

The FamilySearch repository has No digitized birth records for any Moses in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, or Plymouth Colony. Whether there are birth records from the region heretofore unpublished is anyone's guess.

John Moses removed from Casco Bay to the Piscataqua River region of NH about the time he married Alice or not long after. Anderson gives a circa marriage year: "by 1648". If valid, then either the first three listed children by Anderson were either born later or to an unknown mother, or John Moses, of Portsmouth married Alice circa 1641/42.

Anderson, "Great Migration" includes No children named Dorcas, Nathaniel, or Lois (Ann). He had Mary Huff , who's accounted for (sans middle name).

The GEDCOM I uploaded to Geni a few years ago does not show me related to John Moses, of Portsmouth . I won't be researching him unless I discover kinship.

You are doing a great job here. As someone with substantial Maine & New Hampshire ancestry, I can affirm for you that vital records in this era in those locations are few and I doubt ever existed. So I’ll pick up on the Portsmouth guy.

Plymouth Colony has long been digitized, at least index data, so if Anderson didn’t cite it, it probably never existed. There has of course been more work done since 2005 although I don’t know if there’s anything at American Ancestors on the Moses line specifically. I’ll take a look.

I added the Anderson article for John Moses, of Portsmouth to his profile:

It looks like The Great Migration Begins did not cover John Moses, of Windsor or his (probable) father, and you’ve already seen Pope etc.

I still owe you from published NEHGR.

Well, this is fun.

John Moses, of Windsor is my 8th great aunt's husband's grandfather.

NEHGR, Vol. 112 (April 1958). Dr. Philip Reade Earlier Descendants By George E. McCracken. Page 127. < AmericanAncestors >.

I’ll print out the page and add to profiles.

I am extremely lucky to have the McCracken study.
