The record I have for Esse Larson Bjornson shows he was born in Tossasen, Berg, Jamptland, Sweden. However, the regismental records in Canada https://canadiangreatwarproject.com/person.php?pid=195886
shows Esse was born simply in Ostersund. A Cousin I spoke with yesterday here in Richmond, BC. A Lisa Urist nee" Bjornson staed She beleives it was In Gatersund, Sweden. I am not familiar with cities, Regions, Provinces ect. I mention this as it may all be correct, but for accuracy, I wanted to quote this in event of future clarification.
