Hi Helped a friend to create an accont. Worked fine and he added about 30 profiles. Time went on and poof the password is forgotten. Clicked on get a new password. And it claims that "yes we have sent a new password". Not true. Got a few replies but all requires a code. Downloaded Google authnticator. Yes it works but how to get the 6 digit cone I have no idea....... Please help......
