MyHeritage says "Full access to all Pro features on Geni.com, a MyHeritage company, where you can join and explore the world's largest family tree." I am a MyHeritage OMNI subscriber and also a Geni subscriber but the site says my subscription expired. MY GENI MEMBERSHIP IS ACTIVE! I cannot find any way to access Geni Pro without paying an additional $149. Please help.
I am @Bruce Biddlecome

Are you using the same email for both sites?

I suggest forwarding your email confirming your renewal of Omni to subscriptions@geni.com .along with a message explaining you renewed Omni, see attached email, and ask why has your Geni Pro not renewed.

If Geni no longer shows you as Pro, you cannot Open a Ticketbut you can still send a message to subscriptions@geni.com
If you did not save your Confirmation email, then just write the message and send.

I also see problems with Omni Renewal. I am one of those with Geni Pro from the elimination of the Lifetime Pro I had bought, so sent Geni a question about the Pro membership I was supposed to get from Omni, since I received no info from MyH about any renewals of the extra subscriptions that were supposed to come with Omni
Did your Legacy Family Tree Webinar Membership renew?

If this was not a renewal --
When I first joined, I got
a link to click to activate a one year membership in Oldnews
a link to click to activate a one year membership in Legacy Family Tree Webinar
a link to click to activate a one year membership in Geni Pro
Not sure if separate emails for each or ???
If this is your fist time wit Omni,
Look to see if you got such an email(s)

Hi Bruce,

MyHeritage should have sent you an email with a link (containing an embedded code) to redeem your Geni Pro subscription. Kindly check for that email. If you cannot find it, please email us at subscriptions@geni.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Kind regards,

Mike at Geni

Jason Scott Wills this particular mechanism does not depend on having the same email for both sites. It's a coupon code.

Private User we are unaware of any problems with Omni renewal. If you have details, could you send them to me in a private inbox message? (The Geni Pro subscriptions are set to NOT expire until MyHeritage notifies us that the Omni subscription has ended)
