זֶ‏רַ‏ח בַּ‏‏‏רְנֶ‏ט Zerach Barnet (1843 Tzitobian, Kovno Russia - 15 October 1935, Tel Aviv) was a Zionist activist, among the first settlers of Petah Tikva (mother of the colonies) and the initiator and founder of Neve Shalom neighborhood (later in Tel Aviv) in 1890. In 1884 Barnet was a delegate in the Katowice Conference (ועידת קטוביץ).
