Abigail White

Abigail Boston, daughter of Isaac and Rachel (Tomlinson) Boston, was born in Somerset Co., Md., probably at Morumsco, 24 Feb. 1742 and was baptized at Coventry Chuch, apparently at the time of her marriage; she was still living in 1756. She married, at Coventry, 11 May 1746, Henry White, son of John and Sarah White; he was born in Somerset Co., 20 July 1725, baptized at Coventry; he died in Somerset Co. (according to the Coventry record) 16 Dec. 1756. On 17 Jan. 1757 Abigail White declared, "I do hereby relinquish all my Right and Title of the Administration of my Deceased Husband Henry White unto Solomon Long as being the greatest creditor given under my hand..." (Som. Wills EB 4:57).

Children (born in Somerset Co., baptized Coventry):

1. Isaac, b. 19 Apr. 1747; d. by 11 June 1782; mar. Nanny McCready.
2. John, b. 13 June 1750; d. 19 Mar. 1760 (Coventry).
3. Sarah, b. 15 June 1756; it is possible that she is the wife of George Schoolfield to whom Rebecca Boston (Sarah's aunt) made bequest in 1784.
