Abraham migrated to AMERICA in 1752 with his parents and other members of his family. He soon bought property in Frederick County, Maryland and for many years was of frequent record in the area. There were at least 8 children born in Frederick County. In about 1790 some of the family began to migrate. Abraham went with sons George Adam, and Jacob and others to nearby Bedford County, Pennsylvania. Abraham died there, in his son, Jacob's farm home in 1814.
