Abraham W. Root

Founded in 1925 by A.W. Root and presently managed by 3rd & the 4th generations of his family. Root's Country Market & Auction will celebrate its 85th Anniversary on May 11, 2010.

Started as a poultry auction, Root's has grown over the years to include over 250 country market standholders, several auctions, and numerous special events held inside and outside the eight buildings on the market grounds. In 2005, Root's purchased a neighboring business and now includes 175 antiques and flea market vendors at the OLD MILL FLEA MARKET in the weekly market activity here at Root's.

Root's Country Market & Auction is open EVERY TUESDAY.
