He married Lorah Standish about 1679, in Duxbury, Plymouth Colony, British Colonial America. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 3 daughters. He died on 16 November 1725, in Littleton, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America, at the age of 67, and was buried in Plympton, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America.

Died between 2 Aug 1725 and 4 Sep 1727, age nearly 70 years.
