Death

A date and place of death has not been identified for Sir Adam Mure of Rowallan. According to Sir William Mure of Rowallan: "This Sr Adame deceased 1399." Historie, p. 68 However, he was still alive on 2 November 1404. NRS: GD25/1/27 Records show that he was succeeded by Robert Mure of Rowallan, in or before 1409, and it seems reasonable to suppose that he probably died before this date. NRS: GD8/1
