• Background Information. 141 Agnes was the daughter of a Roger Bertram as well as a sister of another Roger Bertram who died leaving only one child, als named Agnes. This Agnes d.s.p. long before 29 Jan 1311, when the descendans of her father's four sisters were found to be her heirs. Among these were Sir William Fitz Thomas, son and heir of Sir Thomas Fitz William by Agnes, the first sister.
