Took place in the town of Tomaszow on the 4th of November in 1859 at 4 pm. Came the Orthodox Jew Gecel Szrajber, the Rabbi - the deputy of the Rabbi of Tomaszow together with the Orthodox Jew Abraham Kahan, 19 y.o.living with his parents, born and residing in the town of Jassy, Moldivian Kingdom, the son of spouses Lejba and Sura Kahan, the bankers, living in Jassy. And also the Orthodox Jew Tauba Etynger, the young lady (virgin), 18 y.o., living on the support of her parents, born and residing in Warszawa, the daughter of Izaak and Jeta (the daughter of Zymel), spouses Etynger, the merchants, living in Warszawa...And announced that the same day at 2 pm in the presence of the witness: Orthodox Jew Pinkwas Naj, wine dealer, 40 y.o and Boruch Naj, leather dealer, 48 y.o., the town dwellers residing in Tomaszow supposed parents (on behalf of the parents) of the new married...was made the religious marriage between Abraham Kahan and Tauba Etynger precided by three announcements in the dates - the 17th, 24th and 31st of August in the same year in the Cyrkul #4 of Warszawa from both sides this marriage hasn't been objected and had no obstacles to be made. This marriage (as witnessed) was preceded by the registered wedding contract made between them in the presence of the Regent of the Tomaszow district under the #191. This act was signed after the reading by the Rabbi deputy, new married and the witnesses (and on behalf of the parents of the married couple) and by us, the Clerk of the civil records office.
