It is most likely that these Richardson births registered to Drouin, actually happened at Longwarry or Longwarry South where the farm was. Albert has been flying under the radar of data recording. He seems not to have married and lived a relatively blameless life, so no criminal record that seems likely. The electoral rolls are full of Albert Richardson for whom there are no obvious BDMs. That still leaves a lot of possibilities for which we can blame Queen Victoria.

Alternatively, Albert moved interstate or to New Zealand, and that is why there is no evidence in Victoria. Unfortunately Albert Richardsons are as common as blades of grass, so tracking him down without more information is difficult.

Update from Garry Richardson:

It appears he sailed from Victoria in 1904 to New Zealand on the ship "Victoria". He married Annie Morgan. Some or all of their children were born in New Zealand, but the family have moved back to Sydney before 1932. I will add his family to the site.
