Alexander Anderson here treated has been misidentified as the husband of Margaret Farquar in fourteen pedigrees published by My Heritage It should be noticed, however, that the baptism of Alexander Anderson, here treated, was registered on 1 April 1720, and the baptism of the oldest child of Margaret Farquar was registered on 6 August 1727. It follows, therefore, that Alexander Anderson here treated, cannot possibly be the husband of Margaret Farquar
