5 January 1639: Contract between George Bruce of Carnok, heir of conquest to deceased Alexander Bruce of Alveth, his brother, on the one part, and Mr. Robert Bruce, advocate, his brother and heir of line to said deceased Alexander Bruce, on the other part, whereby said George binds himself to infeft said Robert in parts of the town and lands of Wester Gellettis and teind sheaves thereof, corn mill of Burnemouth and mill lands thereof, town and lands of Sillietoun Eister and Wester, with half the coal therefrom and Tack, dated 17 Dec., 1612, of lands of Clune, Galrighill and the 2 half lands of Sillietoun; and in return said Mr. Robert Bruce binds himself to infeft said George in lands of Neather Inzevar.
