Charter by which the Queen of Scots confirms that she has given the lands of Conze and Petquhensy in the sherrifdom of Aberdeen to Elizabeth Forbes, widow of Alkexander Innes of that Ilk, and Alexander Dunbar of Conze in fee. Alexander Dunbar married Hon Elizabeth Forbes circa 1554. She was the widow of Alexander Innes, 14th of that Ilk. Alexander Dunbar was mentioned when Hon Elizabeth Forbes's testament was registered 31 March 1571 Alexander Dunbar.

    Alexander died on 27 February 1578/79 at Conzie, Scotland. Burke's states that with his four younger sons were executors to his will. He's testament was registered 13 April 1579 Alexander Dunbar.
