As far as I can see, this means that Salome I's son by her 3rd husband, married her granddaughter by her 2nd husband. 

Hmmm those Herodians & their interbreeding!

So:

 Salome [Herod the Great's older sister] marries secondly  Costobarus;

& their granddaughter, Cypros, marries 
Alexas ii, [Salome I's son by her 3rd husband, Alexas i  ]
