

Allen G. Heisey, 702 North Second Avenue died in the ambulance on his way to the Good Samaritan Hospital at 4:45 o'clock this morning, Death was attributed to heart trouble. Mr. Heisey was 76 years of age. He had been in good health up to Sunday night when he had a heart attack, from which he seemed to rally quickly. However, last evening he had another attack, but again he seemed to recover rapidly. However, the family physician advised his removal to a hospital. Mr. Heisey was a devoted member of the Midway Church of the Brethren, and had been retired from the Bethlehem Steel Company for the past two year. He had been employed in the 8-inch mill. His wife, Susan M. (Hoffer) Heisey, died December 5, 1942. Surviving are one son, Herman, of Lebanon, Route 3; three daughters, Mary, wife of Henry J. Arnold; Ada, wife of Oscar Strauss; and Fannie, wife of Carl Geesey, all of Lebanon; fifteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Frank Heisey of the Lebanon Hardware Co., Lebanon.
