Biography ==Alma Spencer was born on May 20, 1794 at Hinesburg, Chittenden, Vermont. Alma is the daughter of Daniel Spencer and Maria Spencer.

Alma Spencer marries to Luke Perkins on December 31, 1810 in Lower Canada, possibly Chatham County, York Town, Canada where her sister Theodocia was married a few years earlier. The family had been living in this area for about 20 years.
Alma marries second to William Fletcher on June 2, 1845 at Dryden, Lapeer, Michigan. William Fletcher was born in about 1802 in England.
Alma died on April 8, 1884 at Dryden, Lapeer County, Michigan. Alma is buried in the North Dryden Cemetery, Dryden, Lapeer County Michigan.

8. Phoebe Perkins born March 8, 1831 in Upper Canada (Ontario). Phoebe dies on October 6, 1920 at Freemont, Tuscola County, Michigan, USA.Phoebe marries to Isaac Smith.

9. Lucas Perkins Jr. born about 1834 in Upper Canada (Ontario).
