Biography ==Amelia Ann 'Milly' Fowler was born in 1802. She was the daughter of John Fowler and Elizabeth Rackley.
Amelia was married in 1818 in Columbus County, North Carolina to Stephen Wright, son of Isaac and Ann Wright. The Wrights and Fowlers had been neighbors in Sampson County, North Carolina.
