Son Amos was mentioned in the distribution of the estate of Samuel Sanford 8 December 1758. He removed from Newtown to Sharon in 1768, and lived opposite the house occupied by Frederick L. Parson in 1898. He died 19 December 1777, aged forty-four, leaving sons David, Ezra, John, Samuel, Caleb, Salmon and Amos. His property was distributed 6 October 1780.
