Anders Appelbom, Swedish Governor

Anders Appelbom , born January 7 , 1614 , died October 13, 1686 , was a Swedish governor in Härnösand County.

Biography

Anders Appelbom was born in 1614 . He was the son of Anders Haraldsson Appelbom and Carin Andersdotter Hök af Partille . On 29 November 1645, Appelbom became master of household appliances and in 1650 assessor in the chamber audit . He became governor of Härnösand County on January 29, 1653 , and resigned on March 13, 1653. Appelbom was also a war councilor . He died in 1686 and was buried in Fellingsbro church , where a coat of arms was erected over him.

Appelbom owned the farms Söderby and Vässlingbyholm in Fellingsbro parish , Ullevi in ​​Köpings parish and Lunda in Lovö parish.

Family

Appelbom first married on 11 April 1639 to Malin Andersdotter (born 1615), daughter of councilor Anders Andersson and Ingrid Hansdotter Svan in Stockholm . Together they had the children registrar Anders Appelbom and Ingrid Appelbom (died 1684) who was married to colonel Hieronymus Lindeberg .

Appelbom married the second time to Catharina Gyldenbring (died 1716), daughter of the assessor Erik Gyldenbring and Catharina Edenberg .
