• Harald Appelbom, born 1646, died young.
• Carl Appelbom, born 1647. Court eunuch. Resident with the States General in 1674. Married in Holland and died childless.
• A daughter. Married to the city engineer of Riga and the captain of the fortification Fredrik Statius von Dahlen .
• Otto Johan Appelbom. Captain in Dutch service 1672. Died unmarried before his father.
• A daughter. Married in Holland.
