    Captain Andrew Arnold Lyon Wills was born on 15 August 1937.1 He was the son of Major John Lycett Wills and Hon. Jean Constance Elphinstone.1 He married Hon. Elizabeth Anne Cecil, daughter of Robert William Evelyn Cecil, 2nd Baron Rockley and Anne Margaret Meade-Fetherstonhaugh, on 19 January 1961.2 He died on 5 January 1998 at age 60, suddenly, after a day's shooting.1

    He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Life Guards.1 He lived at Gavelacre, Longparish, Hampshire, England.1
